Come and join us for one of the South West’s funkiest young artists, Jonah Hitchens!

Not to be missed, Jonah’s reputation for soulful vocals, catchy guitar riffs and charismatic stage presence transcends the South West, having played well-known jazz venues such as Ronnie Scott’s and The Jazz Cafe in London, Jonah is now bringing his sound to The Architect.

Jonah studied jazz at Trinity Laban in London. Its former students include Fela Kuti, Joe Armon-Jones and Moses Boyd. His latest album, ‘Sunset Circus’, is full of retro sounds and influences. From the freewheeling 60’s to the cool vibes of the early 70’s.

In July, he’s swapping his usual dynamic, exciting and unpredictable stage performances for the laidback atmosphere of The Architect.

Jonah will be joined by talented Bristolian James Fuke on drums, bringing a full, groovy sound to Bristol Jazz Club.
